This banjo features an African mahogany neck, Pegheds brand geared tuners, a white birch three circle inlay (done by hand), handmade tacks and a goatskin head. I personally grew the gourd here on our farm in Fairhope, AL. This is a smaller banjo and has a punchier sound when compared to the big, deep gourds. It's a lot of fun to play! The scale length in the pictures is approximately 23.5" and the overall length of the banjo is 36".  Shipping is included to the lower 48 states.
